Shirt: Morrissey's 2015 tour, Skirt and socks: Forever21, Boots: Doc Martins

Last night I was playing with a spare rose petal and laying it on my wrist and making it stick and this morning I grabbed a few more and stuck one on either side of my face. I used a bit of creme eyeshadow as adhesive and so far they've stayed on all day. I wore the t-shirt I got at the Morrissey show this summer with my tulle skirt that almost perfectly matches the color.

Bed of Roses

Nightgown: Vintage, Robe and Boots: h&m, Socks: Amazon

Yesterday I wore this old nightgown with my kimono-type robe thing, with ruffled socks and my chelsea boots. I french-braided part of my hair and wove a pink rose into it to match my outfit.

Water-Proof Shoes

My friend gave me these rad Valfre socks for my birthday months ago but I've been waiting for a chance to wear them with my jellies because I feel like any other shoe wouldn't display them properly. Today I threw them on along with a black dress over my Velvet Underground t-shirt and my french-maiden braids.

I was going for some sort of a star thing on my eyeliner today but it ended up somewhere closer to sad clown. Also I'm in the shower for some reason- idk I just got bored of having the same background in every photo.

Complimentary Colors

Dress: Gap, Shirt: Morrissey's 2014 Tour

I like wearing colors that compliment my hair so this dress is nice when my hair's purple. Today I wore it over the shirt I got at my first Morrissey show and did my hair in maiden braids again with purple roses. My roses wilted again by the time I took my pictures and I considered grabbing fresh ones but I didn't want them to go to waste.

"Prairie Diva"

Dress: Thrift Store, Shirt: Idk (it was my mom's)

Yesterday my mom and I stopped at the thrift store and they had a little rack of halloween costumes out that's been building up over the past few weeks and I found this rad dress for 6 dollars. It had long sleeves that were very restricting but I altered it a bit before school so now it's sleeveless.

I wore it with my mom's old leopard print shirt and my black sneakers. For my hair I french braided it upside down so that it went into maiden braids and then pinned (now wilted) roses behind my braids.

Daisies in the Drought

Dress: Forever 21, Boots: Doc Martins

This is my favorite dress right now and it's just really nice. I always like white collars and this one is really good for hot days because it's got a nice shift silhouette and it's lightweight. 

I also wore this dress when we saw Morrissey in July and it was good for keeping cool in the pit.

Taking pictures down in the field in my backyard is weird because I keep comparing it to how it was freshman year before the drought hit and now it's completely brown.

Girl Gang A Go Go

T-shirt: Kate Nash, Tights: Target, Socks and Shoes: Forever 21, Hair ribbon: Michael's

This is what I wore the first school day after going to Burger A Go Go on the 5th. Burger A Go Go was so incredibly rad and I'm so glad I got to go because it was amazing. It made me really happy to see an entire festival of really cool women making music and everything was just good.

My friend and I wore matching outfits which was fun because I wore my bear dress and he wore bear overall shorts that I made for him the night before. We both wore white t-shirts and black knee socks to complete our outfits.

I got this Girl Gang t-shirt at Kate Nash's merch table afterwards, along with her zine which is also rad. They only had extra larges left but I like big t-shirts, especially when they're long enough to conceivably be worn as dresses. I wore this one with glittery star-printed tights and my black sneakers, with a black skeleton ribbon in my hair.
